My mission is to encourage, lift and empower you.

Multiple studies show that lactation success is dependent on maternal self-efficacy. In other words, how confident you feel at breastfeeding will impact if you will breastfeed for as long as you planned to. We work hard to strengthen your confidence, by increasing your understanding of lactation, no matter the circumstances you face. We are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, International Board Certified(IBCLC), with more than 28 years of experience helping mothers and babies in ten different states and overseas in Europe. We estimate we have helped more than 25k mom/baby pairs in our career.

Join us every Thursday at 10am in 250 Industrial Circle East, Tontitown, AR. We hold a series of four meetings covering a different topic every week. Refreshments will be provided. There is no cost and babies, siblings and dads are encouraged to come and see!

Arkansas has one of the highest maternal and infant mortality rates in the United States. We seek to decrease these rates by creating a Breastfeeding Support Network in the state of Arkansas. This network consists in the creation and maintenance of support groups and accessible lactation care throughout the state. We will increase the survival by improving prenatal education, breastfeeding outcomes and maternal self-efficacy, mental health, a family's diet and the knowledge in the communities.
